Frappr is another powerful Web 2.0 tool that you can use fairly easily. First, you will have to register with Frappr (it's free). Then, you should click on the button that says "Get your own map". Move the pin on the map, enter your information and a photo. Then you can start looking for maps to join, or you can create your own map.

 If you're interested in doing map mashups, there are a couple of other websites that do the same thing as Frappr. A couple of my personal favorites are Community Walk, Platial. Click on their logos below to start making a personalized map.
